Colby January 11 at 7:15am • My daughter has been going to Vogel's Nest Daycare since November 2012. She has taken great care of my sweet girl and provides her with routine, structure, rules, food in her little belly, and most importantly a place she feels loved and comfortable. Betty has worked with my schedule and has gone above and beyond to be helpful. Betty has helped us through the struggles of toddlerhood - helping with everything from talking to potty training and everything in between. My family is thankful to have Betty in our lives. Rosheen 9:04 PM on August 21, 2015 Betty has taken care of my son for the last 3 years. She provides a loving, caring environment for the children while still setting appropriate rules. She provides great well balanced meals and snacks and has tons of indoor and outdoor activities for the children to do. I feel very blessed that my son has been taken care of Betty and that I can also call her my friend. Traci 11:58 PM on October 19, 2014 My husband I went to orientation at our Son's kindergarten. I am in love with his school. I am so excited for him this year. So amazed and blessed how God led us to His school. Love seeing Gods plan for our son and our family and how he answers our prayers. His school is exactly what I have been praying for since he was born. A huge thank you to our amazing childcare provider Betty for helping make this happen too. I love that he is always coming home with educational work sheets learning his alphabet, numbers, objects and poems. The kids are always well fed with meals prepared by Betty (fruits and veg). These are all components that make this mom feel comfortable leaving my sweet little man while I am off to work. Thanks for all you do Betty! Anonymous 5:58 PM on December 24, 2010 I really liked the fact the you fed the kids real food not all processed food. You also worked with my crazy schedue. My child really enjoyed the time there. Betty puts the kids first and that was very important to me. If there is anyone looking for childcare this would be a place you will not be disappointed with. Daycare Review Betty Caring for our 2 month old girl, 4/23/2008 Reviewer: Prior Parent of Vogel’s Nest Daycare (Bellingham, WA) Finding someone to care for your child is a huge task. You want to know that the hands you are leaving your little one in is safe, secure and stable. As a new mother, I think I was even more worried about finding the right person to watch our 2 month old little girl. Betty was recommended to me from someone in the community. I went and met Betty and flooded her with all the questions a new mother would have. I just wanted to know that she would hold my little girl all day if needed.(I know that is asking a lot), but Betty didn't think so. After meeting with her, My husband and I decided to chose Betty as our daycare provider. I really liked how Vogel's Nest is in a home and not a center. It truly makes a world of a difference! I also liked how Betty always met our family needs and expectations. Betty worked with us and our difficult schedules. She was always more than willing to be there for our daughter and her needs. I highly recommend Vogel's Nest for any newborns or other little children that need to be cared for. Betty provides a loving, caring and safe enviroment for children to learn and grow in. (And yes there where days when our daughter needed to be held all day....Betty was a trooper and held her all day!) April 28, 2009 Vogel’s Nest Daycare Betty Vogel 1595 Cammack Rd Bellingham, WA 98226 Dear Ms. Vogel, Thank you for the wonderful care that you provided to our two boys, Ben and Isaac. Although they are settling in here back in the Midwest, they do miss you and their friends very much. Every morning Isaac wakes up and asks if he is coming to your house. I can always see the look of disappointment when we tell him no, although I do re-assure him that we will visit sometime in the future. There were many things that Zach and I appreciated about your care. The most important was the safe environment you provide. The children are able to play outside and in with a variety of toys and crafts. I don’t know if I ever thanked you properly but we do owe the credit to you for Isaac learning his ABC’s. He is going in for pre-kindergarten screening next week and this is one thing that he can do now after partaking in your classes. It is hard as a parent to leave your children during the day and to not be able to stay home with them. When the boys were with you Zach and I did not even have to worry because we knew that they were having a great time. Please give a big hug and a kiss to Stanley from me and the boys.
